Nina has overall responsibility for managing people across the organisation and assessing human resource needs against business requirements and priorities. She is the HR expert and manages the HR shared service agreement, Union relationships and any arising HR matters. She leads on planning and priorities of the organisation by identifying the best way to resource these requirements.
Nina’s background is in public sector organisational development. She has worked on the design and implementation of talent development programmes and apprenticeships. Nina has also worked as a self-employed consultant advising on equality issues and is driven by a passion for a fairer society. She hopes to use these skills to develop a fairer way of looking at employability for people with lived experience and those who are furthest away from the job market.
