NINA’S ROLE

Nina’s role is to provide HR and resourcing support to Community Justice Scotland. She managed recruitment of the CJS team and established a values based approach to recruitment and organisational development. Nina is also looking at employability of those close to the criminal justice system and is leading the development of an employability strategy for Community Justice Scotland.

BACKGROUND

Nina’s background is in public sector organisational development. She has worked on the design and implementation of talent development programmes and apprenticeships. Nina has also worked as a self-employed consultant advising on equality issues and is driven by a passion for a fairer society. She hopes to use these skills to develop a fairer way of looking at employability for people with lived experience and those who are furthest away from the job market.
