NINA’S ROLE

Nina has overall responsibility for managing people across the organisation and assessing human resource needs against business requirements and priorities. Nina works with external organisations to look at employability for people with convictions across Scotland.

BACKGROUND

Nina’s background is in public and private sector organisational development. Nina has also worked as a self-employed consultant advising on equality issues and is driven by a passion for a fairer society.
