REBECCA’S ROLE
Rebecca assists the Head of Communications with the development of campaign and communication strategies with the aim of changing the conversation about community justice in Scotland. She manages the construction, implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns as well as collating research, evidence and insight to develop the most appropriate solutions for reaching and engaging audiences.
BACKGROUND
Prior to this role, Rebecca was a Marketing Manager at the Scottish Government, delivering behaviour change and awareness raising campaigns to help Scotland flourish and become a safer place to live. She managed large and small budget campaigns on complex topics such as Human Trafficking, Child Sexual Exploitation, Road Safety, Fair Work for Disabled People and Home Energy Scotland.
Rebecca also spent many years working within the greener portfolio to help Scotland to reach its Climate Change targets. She successfully managed the Green Networks programme, a project which started in the community and evolved to communicate with homeowners, Scottish businesses and social housing providers.
Her passion has always been influencing behaviours for the greater social good and she has experience delivering campaigns which are value-for-money across all communications channels including PR, digital, media, advertising, field and partnership. She currently is a mentor to a number of college students and young marketers.
