With over 20 years in the justice sector, Mhairi has extensive experience in training, operational delivery, and project support, specialising in reviewing systems and improving processes. She also brings experience in implementing digital solutions and is passionate about leveraging data and technology, using analytical insights to guide decisions that drive efficiency, fairness, and equitable outcomes.
