Non-compliance with Home Detention Curfew
If a person released on HDC breaches any of their conditions, they may be recalled to prison and their licence will be revoked. This decision will be made by the Scottish Prison Service on behalf of Scottish Ministers based on evidence supplied by the electronic monitoring company, the Criminal Justice Social Worker or the police.
