Individual refuses offer or Order is not completed satisfactorily
If the offer of a Fiscal Work Order is rejected or not completed satisfactorily, the Procurator Fiscal will consider prosecution or an alternative measure.
The most recent data shows that in 2023/24 there were 21 Fiscal Work Orders that were not successfully completed in Scotland. More information is available here.
