Draft Corporate Plan 2027-2032 – Consultation
Community Justice Scotland (CJS) are pleased to share our draft Corporate Plan for consultation. This document sets out the proposed strategic objectives that will guide CJS’s contribution to change from 2027 to 2032.
The strategy has been developed through an initial review of our current roles and duties, opportunities and challenges, and contextualised with the national landscape for community justice. At this stage of development, we invite our key stakeholders to share your insights, expertise and perspectives. We welcome your feedback on the draft strategic objectives, cross-cutting themes and overall direction. Your views will help ensure that the final strategy reflects shared ambitions, addresses the issues that matter most, and supports impactful change for our organisation and the communities we serve.
