We have developed templates and guidance to help Community Justice Partnerships complete targeted strategic needs and strengths assessment (SNSA) reports which focus on the following areas of activity: arrest referral, diversion from prosecution and bail support and supervision. Using the previously published SNSA: Guidance as a foundation, this material has been developed to further help CJPs in the preparation of Community Justice Outcome Improvement Plans.
