All East Lothian residents where sentencers are considering a period of remand.

East Lothian Justice Social Work has a Bail Supervision pathway for all of these aged 18 and over. It is for the Court Social Work Unit in the sentencing Court to complete the assessment on behalf of East Lothian – there is no Court in East Lothian following the closure of Haddington on 1 February 2015. There is a current partnership with the Social Work Unit at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
