East Lothian Justice Social Work has a Bail Supervision including electronic monitoring pathway for all of those aged 18 and over. It is for the Court Social Work Unit in the sentencing Court to complete the assessment on behalf of, in conjunction with, East Lothian. There is no Court situated within East Lothian. There is a current partnership agreement with the Social Work Unit at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.

• Intensive supervisory oversight – behaviour management

Assessment when Bail is opposed at Court. Action plan development with same day turnaround.
