Thriving Communities develop and deliver a range of flexible employability programmes to help support young people and adults into sustainable employment. Support includes practical interventions to prepare for employment as well as training, education, volunteering and work placement options. One-to-one support Group work Confidence building Personal development Develop your work readiness skills Work placements Vocational tasters Modern and Craft Apprenticeships Redundancy support – Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE)
