Volunteering have many benefits including the ability to learn new skills, increase self confidence, can be a path way into employment, offers a purpose and can be very rewarding. It should be noted that some roles require a PVG check and references prior to taking up the opportunity, however VASA volunteering team would be able to highlight these opportunities
