Male service users with chronic issues/lifestyle collapse.

Programme Title and Provider

Turnaround Residential Service; Turning Point Scotland

Turnaround residential service for male service users with chronic issues/lifestyle collapse.

Possible Outcomes

Stabilisation, detox. Address range of issues that have resulted in lifestyle collapse. Pre-and post-residential support in the community.

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

Referral by Criminal Justice Social Worker Reports. Please note that a place is required to be available for an individual subject to a community order. Management of waiting list is by Turnaround.

Funded directly from government from S10 funding. Not available to all local authorities nationally.

Males aged 21+ prior to and on release from HMP Low Moss.

Women and girls aged 13 and over who have been raped, sexually assaulted or sexually abused at some point in their lifetime.

Glasgow & Clyde Rape Crisis Centre, Rape Crisis Scotland

A support service for women and girls aged 13 and over who have been raped, sexually assaulted or sexually abused at some point in their lifetime. Support is offered by phone, individual session or long-term support, information and advice, support to attend appointments, court etc., groups, workshops, therapies.

Support and advocacy to survivors of sexual abuse.
