Aim/Purpose:
This service provides employability training and other holistic support to young people residing in HMP Polmont and those subject to community orders. A case worker works with the young person to develop an individual action plan and goals that increase readiness for employment, education and training.
Suitability criteria:
- All genders
- Adolescent (17 and under), Young adult (18-35)
Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Social work
16-25 Year olds. Referrals can be made by any professional working with young people.
