Available for all offence types for Renfrewshire service users. Male and female aged 16+.

Possible Outcomes

Managing/addressing significant or lower level mental health issues.

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

Assessment re-suitability will be within Criminal Justice Social Worker Reports on the basis of mental health assessment as to appropriateness for intervention and planned service provision. A Community Payback Order Mental Health Treatment Requirement requires a specialist mental health assessment and intervention. There will be individuals who already obtain, or require lower level mental health support, through GPs or Community Mental Health Teams; this would be managed through the supervision requirement.
