Suitability is assessed within Criminal Justice Social Worker Reports. A Community Payback Order Alcohol Treatment Requirement is a higher tariff disposal, requiring a specialised alcohol service assessment of alcohol dependency. Reporting on planned intervention and service provision. Lower tariff problematic alcohol use requiring counselling will be managed through the supervision requirement.
