Available for all offence types for Renfrewshire service users. Male and female aged 16+.
Possible Outcomes
Managing/addressing addiction issues.
Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention
Assessment re-suitability will be within Criminal Justice Social Worker Reports. A Community Payback Order Drug Treatment Requirement is a higher tariff disposal, requiring an addiction service assessment as to appropriateness for intervention and planned service provision. Lower tariff problematic drug use requiring counselling will be managed through the supervision requirement.
