Available for all offence types for Renfrewshire service users. Male and female aged 16+.
Possible Outcomes
Managing/addressing addiction dependency and related issues.
Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention
Assessment regarding suitability will be within Criminal Justice Social Worker Reports. A Community Payback Order Alcohol Treatment Requirement is a higher tariff disposal, requiring a specialised alcohol service assessment of alcohol dependency. Reporting on planned intervention and service provision. Lower tariff problematic alcohol use requiring counselling will be managed through the supervision requirement.
