Aim/Purpose:
Tayview House – providing 24-hour support delivered by dedicated staff for 8 service users. We offer person centred support throughout the recovery journey:
- Outreach Service – Flexible and accessible service covering advice, advocacy informal counselling, referral to other specialist agencies and tenancy support
- Positive Pathway – A social and work based skills project providing up to 12 months support, tailored to individual needs, working towards social integration, training, education, volunteering and employment
- Community Hub – Counselling for people in crises and/or has substance use issues. In the hub organised visits from other agencies, organisations, council
- Charity shop – Our main aims are; To raise money for the charity through sales of donated items. Over the last year we sold items made by the Women’s Group, the Art Group and On the Mend Upcycling group. The shop provides and supports opportunities to volunteer, or participate in a work placement with CATH, and to develop retail skills
- Volunteers – Volunteering opportunities throughout the organisation in roles such as kitchen, front of house, driving and group activities in our Community Hub, retail assistants in our Charity shop, Fundraising & Communications (FunCom) and Trustees
