Aim/Purpose:
We are a peer-to-peer support group for men over 18 meeting on a weekly basis. We provide a safe non-judgemental space for men to talk about their storms past or present and use the support of others to help themselves.
Suitability criteria:
- Male
- Middle-aged adult (36-55), Older adult (56 and older), Young adult (18-35)
