Possible Outcomes
An opportunity to access specific drug treatment including residential rehabilitation and broader therapeutic interventions.
Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention
An identified specialist provider would provide a report to the Court regarding suitability for drug treatment. There would require to be a named individual who would be responsible for providing the treatment.
