Where the order contains an offender supervision requirement, an individual must attend appointments as specified by justice social work for the purposes of promoting rehabilitation.

We have five Community Justice Teams in Fife who manage Supervision requirements. The supervision requirement of a Community Payback Order is managed or overseen by a qualified social worker. Interventions are guided by a case management plan developed using accredited risk assessment tools. Should a specialised service be required to address the needs identified, referrals to appropriate third sector services would be progressed.
