Further Information:

We continue to offer a Drug Treatment and Testing Order as a sentencing option available to the Court. We no longer have a dedicated DTTO Team, however these Orders are assessed for at report writing stage, and if imposed would be managed by one of the area teams or the Women’ Justice Teams. We have regular meetings with Fife Addiction Services to discuss any issues with regards to individuals who are open to both services via a DTTO. The Service provides regular updates to the Sheriff Courts on progress of the individuals that are supervised, these are generally set at monthly intervals.
