LGBT Youth: Scotland’s national charity for LGBTI young people

National LGBT Domestic Abuse Helpline: Support services and advice for LGBT+ people experiencing domestic abuse.

NSPCC (grooming): Advice and support if you suspect your child is being groomed online

One Parent Families Scotland: National voluntary organisation offering advice and support for lone parents and their families.

Rape Crisis Scotland: Free, confidential information and support for girls and women who have experienced sexual abuse in their lives. You can find your local centre at the Rape Crisis Scotland website.

Rehab4Addiction: Resources and information about addiction and mental health.

Samaritans:  If you are going through a hard time and need to talk to someone anonymously, you can call the Samaritans. Lines are free to call and open 24 hours a day.

SAMH: Work with adults and young people providing mental health social care support, services in primary care, schools and further education, among others.

Scottish Women’s Aid: Information, advice and support to women experiencing domestic abuse. Women’s Aid refuges are all across Scotland. They offer a safe, supportive place for women and their children who are leaving abusive partners.

Scottish Women’s Rights Centre: Free legal advice, representation and advocacy support. They help women in Scotland affected by violence and abuse.

Sex Addicts Anonymous: Finding recovery and freedom from addictive sexual behaviour

Victim Support (Grooming): Advice and support for young people who are being or have been groomed online

Victim Support Scotland: Supports victims of crime, witnesses and their family members, regardless of who they are and their circumstances. Their service is independent, free, non-judgemental and confidential.
