Aim/Purpose:
Change Mental Health support carers in community settings to help them integrate into their local community. Our approach involves supporting carers in overcoming everyday life stresses by ensuring that they are aware of their rights. We offer guidance, information and a range of support, from emotional support to group sessions. Lived experience is at the heart of what we do and we have a commitment to person-centred approaches. Our support in Tayside collaborates with our National Services, such as our National Advice and Support Service, which supports people with their financial wellbeing and mental health. This can be contacted on 0808 8010 515 or advice@changemh.org, open Monday to Friday (10am to 4pm, closed for lunch between 12.30pm and 1.30pm

- All ages
Exclusions:
Persons must be aged 16 and over to access this service.
Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Self-referral
Please call: 0808 8010 515 or email us at: tayside@changemh.org We can take a referral over the phone if it is a self referral or email you our referral form. If you are referring on someone’s behalf, you will be required to complete our referral form. Change mental Health Tayside, at times, operates a waiting list. We will advise you of this by sending out an initial letter and our consent form.
