Where the order contains a drug treatment requirement an individual must submit to treatment by or under the direction of a specified person with a view to reducing or eliminating the offender’s dependency on, or propensity to misuse, drugs.

Our local addictions service offers a range of interventions and can refer directly to Moray Integrated Drug and Alcohol Team should more intensive/specialist support/intervention be required. Psychiatry and Psychology can also be accessed via this route if required.
