The physical provision of this service is only available in the Inner Moray Firth area, although some aspects of the support can be accessed online, e.g. CV preparation; interview techniques; disclosure of previous convictions; job searches etc. In other areas this can be accessed through the Fair Start Scotland, which provide participants with pre-employment support for a period of up to 12 months, and in-work support for a period of up to 12 months. It is tailored to meet the participant’ needs.
