Aim/Purpose:
Support for Edinburgh residents who may be struggling with transport to visit a family member in prison or the State Hospital. One of our team of friendly volunteer drivers will pick you up at your home address, wait for you to complete your visit, then drive you back, at no cost.
Suitability criteria:
- All genders
- All ages
Exclusions:
Must be in receipt of a qualifying benefit as defined by the Help with Prison Visits Scheme.
