Aim/Purpose:
Make It Work East Dunbartonshire supports people in their employment journey. They will help find paid employment, source volunteering, work placements, training courses and higher/further education, for people in the justice system.
Suitability criteria:
- All genders
- All ages
Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Self-referral, Social work
- Live in East Dunbartonshire
- Have a history of Criminal Justice
- Aged 16+
- Unemployed, want to find a job and keep it

The programme will match people with a dedicated Employment Advisor who will offer 1:1 and group support: Support to help increase confidence and personal motivation; Source work placements/work trials and volunteering opportunities; Explore training and education opportunities; Help build CV; Give job searching and application support; Prepare people for Interviews; Offer employer guidance and in-work support.
