Interventions are based on full Risk/Needs assessment with progress/compliance subject to formal review and monitoring. The Youth Justice Service manages those aged 16-17 subject to Community Payback Order (CPO) supervision. Plans being considered to potentially extend up to the age of 26 if the individual is care experienced.

Risks are managed and where possible needs are addressed.
