Aim/Purpose:

Our 16+ programme works with young adults and adults up to 40-year-olds with the essential money management skills they need to navigate major life transitions. Sessions are interactive, engaging, and tailored to suit the needs of each group. Participants can also earn an SCQF Level 4 in Personal Money Management qualification. Our workshops focus on debt prioritisation, money management, and digital finance skills. Delivered through councils, charities and non-mainstream education institutions, we help those often not in employment, education or training or leaving care, improve their relationship with money.

Suitability criteria:

  • All genders
  • Adolescent (17 and under), Young adult (18-35)

Exclusions:

Our in-person workshops are largely delivered in the central belt, as this is where our trainers are based. But we are happy to speak to organisations about travelling further afield. We also have the option to deliver sessions virtually, if these are preferred.

Assessment/referral process:

  • Any agency, Court, GP, Health professional, Self-referral, Social work

Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers. The further service supports with: Avoiding Eviction; Budgeting and Spending Habits; Online Safety & Scams; Planning for the future; gambling; money and mental health
