Structured Deferred Sentence is not currently promoted as a regular sentencing option in Stirling. However Stirling Justice Social Work Service are currently in the process of developing a new Structured Deferred Sentence disposal for Stirling Sheriff Court.

Possible Outcomes

Assessment of suitability via Criminal Justice Social Work Report. Delivered as a sentence of the court.

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

Can be considered on a case to case basis following judicial request.
