Details of all Specific national or local scheme/intervention(s) available

Mental Health Treatment Requirements are available to the Stirling Courts and can be supervised by Justice Social Work. The Court will need to be satisfied that the treatment is available and advice will be given on this in the Criminal Justice Social Work Reports.
Justice Social Work has a Community Psychiatric Nurse attached to it 2 days a week in Stirling, providing a direct service to people not engaged in other services as well as a consultative role to JSW staff.
This work has been adapted to be delivered under Covid 19 restrictions.

Assessment of suitability via Criminal Justice Social Work Reports. Delivered as a sentence of the court.
