Stirling Justice Social Work Service and Forth Valley and NHS Substance Treatment staff ceased offering a Drug Treatment Requirement as a disposal option in 2019. Local sentencing courts were updated on this position. The needs of service users are met through universal service provision, Conduct Requirements and Drug Treatment and Testing Orders.
