The Court can impose a Community Payback Order with Supervision Requirement of between 6 months and 3 years in length. This order will be supervised by a qualified Justice Social Worker in Stirling and an action plan devised from the Criminal Justice Social Work Report interview, gathering of background information LSCMI risk and need assessment, and interviews with the subject. A comprehensive and tailored action plan will be available to the Court in the Criminal Justice Social Work Report disposals section where a Supervision Requirement is deemed a viable option. Supervision action plans will also contain plans for links with other services and supports including employability, health, substance misuse services, children and families social work.
Supervision is being delivered under Covid-19 restrictions. At present this means previous levels of service capacity are not possible.

Possible Outcomes

Access to support services to address risk and need. Includes completion of training opportunities, reduction / abstinence in substances use, improved wellbeing, secured or sustained housing.

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

Assessment of suitability via Criminal Justice Social Work Report. Delivered as a sentence of the court.
