Bail support is Facilitated by dedicated Criminal Justice Social Work (CJSW) staff.
Possible Outcomes
Support will include addiction, housing, debt, employment/training and educational opportunities, and so outcomes will include improvements in these areas.
Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention
Information is gathered and verified through an assessment process, providing a brief report for the Sheriff, PF and defence agent to assist the Court in reaching a decision to grant bail.
