Available following assessment with referral to an appropriate provision to meet the individual’s needs. Change Grow Live is commissioned by Falkirk Alcohol and Drugs Partnership to provide interventions under universal provision. Those who require a more intensive level of treatment would be referred to NHS Forth Valley Community Alcohol and Drugs Service (CADS) for assessment.

Support to address alcohol issues and reduce problematic drinking.
Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention
Assessment for suitability is carried out by Justice Service social workers via a Criminal Justice Social Work Report.
