Through use of other activity hours, people undertaking a Community Payback Orders Unpaid work requirement can be credited for hours if they undertake the following activities:

  • Engagement with Employability/Training Services
  • Engagement with Adult Learning ( No Barriers Service)

Possible Outcomes

Community reparation, addressing range of criminogenic needs through other activity i.e. addictions/mental health/employability. Specific groups for light duties/women with chronic issues/sexual offenders or those at risk.

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

Level 1 standalone order – no assessment required, otherwise assessment re-suitability will be within Criminal Justice Social Work Reports.
