This serves to aid compliance with the Community payback Order and promote the welfare of the client. Addressing an individual’s alcohol dependence can therefore help address offending behaviour as well as wider personal and social needs.

Referral to rehabilitation services
Improved physical and mental well being
Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention
Assessment re-suitability will be within Criminal Justice Social Work Reports on the basis of addiction service assessment as to appropriateness for intervention and planned service provision.
