Community Payback Order (CPO) Annual Returns Template

This is the Community Payback Order (CPO) annual returns template which consists of questions to be completed by each local authority in Scotland. CJS will collate these completed templates and produce a summary report to be laid in Parliament by 31 March 2025, in accordance with the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1995.
The deadline for completed returns is the 29th of September 2024. Please return all completed templates to CJS at CJSImprovement@communityjustice.scot and copy the Scottish Government at cpo@gov.scot
CJS will update local authorities when the summary report will be laid in parliament and published.
