Effective Facilitation Skills for Trainers

Course overview: This three day course builds on the core skills and competences for training and the effective facilitation of learning. Delegates will explore approaches to adult learning, assessment methods and other key issues in training and learning. Delegates will leave with enhanced practical skills for designing and delivering participant centred training.

Joining criteria: This course is open to workers who are responsible for the training and development of other professionals, as well as those wishing to develop this aspect of their practice.
