Where the order contains an alcohol treatment requirement an individual must submit to treatment by or under the direction of a specified person with a view to the reduction or elimination of the offender’s dependency on alcohol.

West Dunbartonshire Addiction Service Dumbarton Council on Alcohol (Third Sector) Service Users can be referred to both West Dunbartonshire Addiction Service and /or DACA. Addiction Services will assist with prescribing of appropriate medication under pinned by the MAT Standards.
