Aim/Purpose:

Stirling Council Advice Services provides free, confidential and impartial money, debt and benefit advice to citizens within the Stirling area. The service is also one of the key providers of digital inclusion advice and support in the Stirling area. We are an accredited provider of welfare benefits, money and debt advice under the Scottish National Standards for Advice and Information Providers.

  • All ages

Assessment/referral process:

  • Any agency, Self-referral

All Stirling residents over the age of 16, regardless of tenure. Referrals can be either through self-referrals or third party referrals. Email – moneyadvice@stirling.gov.uk Call – 01786233528

We also provide a number of outreach sessions, delivering welfare benefits and money advice directly to communities, in a number of locations across Stirling.
