Aim/Purpose:

  • Improved self-knowledge, and clarity of mind
  • Increased self-awareness, understanding of self and others
  • Improved functioning, self-esteem, and confidence
  • Increased clarity of direction and goal setting and goal achievement
  • Reduction in symptoms and risk such as anxiety, low mood

Suitability criteria:

  • All genders
  • All ages

Assessment/referral process:

  • Any agency, Self-referral

Adults presenting with a range of issues this includes: Adults with mental health issues, anxiety, phobias, OCD etc; relationship difficulties; alcohol / substances issues; lack of coping skills and other issues which are interrupting the persons wellbeing.

Referral Route: Self-referral or referral by any agency. Assessment undertaken to determine suitability.
