Possible Outcomes

Will vary depending on assessed risk and need, in addition to the facilitation of combined or standalone orders. Delivery may include the utilisation of statutory social work, health, addictions and third sector agencies. Reparation to local community.
The use of Other Activity is aimed at assisting people address welfare and social issues that impact on their decision making and life choices, e.g. employment, education, lack of social supports, confidence building.

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

As per Court Report recommendation.
Sheriff and/or Justice of the Peace disposal.
Service user agreement is required.
As per national Standards.
