Behavioural programme designed to provide treatment for men who commit sexual offences or offences with a sexual element.

Possible Outcomes

Statutory requirement intended to reduce reoffending, increase self- confidence and self-esteem, improve relationships, identify positive goals and the steps to achieve them.

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

As per Licence Conditions and or Order Requirements, informed by the level of risk and pattern of offending behaviour.
 

Interventions suitable for

Men convicted of domestic abuse offences.

Programme Title and Provider

Caledonian System: Justice Social Work

Details of all Specific national or local scheme/intervention(s) available

Works with men convicted of domestic abuse offences to help them recognise their abusive behaviour, take responsibility and reduce their reoffending. Also offers safety planning and support services to victims, (Or other domestic abuse programme).

Possible Outcomes

Statutory requirement intended to help the perpetrator recognise abuse and to take responsibility for themself and relationships while aiming to improve the lives of women and children.

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

As per Order Requirements informed by the level of risk and pattern of offending behaviour.
