Aim/Purpose:

Mentoring for Men – Offer 1-1 support for people who are open to Criminal Justice Services. Empowering those to overcome stigma, challenges and discrimination they face as they re-connect with helping services, families and communities. To create sustainable change Mentoring for Men will help individuals tackle underlying issues such as adverse childhood events/trauma, poor mental health and substance misuse by supporting them to engage with services.

Suitability criteria:

  • Male only
  • All ages

Assessment/referral process:

  • Social work

Referrals for this service come directly from Community Justice Services.
