At The Neuk, our purpose is to be a steadfast companion on the path towards mental wellness. At The Neuk, mental health and well-being are our primary focus, driving our operations across various client groups. We extend our support to diverse individuals, including young people, adults, veterans, and older adults. The only exclusion from our services are individuals with brain injuries. Our commitment is to provide comprehensive mental health support to empower individuals and foster resilience within our community.

  • All ages

Assessment/referral process:

  • Any agency, Self-referral

At The Neuk, we welcome individuals aged 16 and over, embracing diversity and inclusivity in our support network. The only exclusion from our services is for individuals with brain injuries. We are committed to providing comprehensive mental health support to all those seeking guidance, regardless of age, background, or circumstance. At The Neuk, our referral process is open and unrestricted, ensuring accessibility to all individuals seeking support. However, we require that individuals themselves express willingness to access our services. Through our experience, we’ve found that referrals made on behalf of others are less effective in facilitating meaningful engagement with our support network. Thus, we encourage individuals to reach out directly, empowering them to take the first step towards their own well-being journey.
