Clients seeking assistance at our accommodation must meet specific eligibility criteria.

Firstly, individuals must be aged 16 and over to access our services. Secondly, our program accepts clients of any gender, ensuring inclusivity and equal access to support. Additionally, prospective clients must commit to being abstinent from drugs and alcohol during their stay at our facility. These criteria help us maintain a safe and supportive environment conducive to achieving positive outcomes for all participants.

To access accommodation at our facility, individuals must undergo a referral process managed by the Perth and Kinross Council Homeless Advice Team. As per our partnership agreement, all beds at our service are allocated through this council team. Therefore, individuals seeking accommodation must first make presentations directly to the Perth and Kinross Council Homeless Advice Team. The team will assess each presentation and determine eligibility based on established criteria. Once approved, individuals will be referred to our facility for further assessment and placement.

This process ensures fairness and consistency in allocating beds and helps streamline access to our services for those in need of temporary accommodation.
