Aim/Purpose:

Increased work and interpersonal skills and improved access to employment. training or volunteering opportunities. Individual and group support to help the individual get job ready, increase confidence, be prepared for the world of work and in work support for 6 months. Unemployed men and women aged 16 years and over. Individuals with convictions are a priority group.

Assessment/referral process:

  • Any agency
