Where the order contains a mental health treatment requirement an individual must submit to treatment by or under the direction of a registered medical practitioner or a registered psychologist (or both) with a view to improving the offender’s mental condition.

The individual experiences difficulty with drug misuse however a chronic drug dependency is not established. A supervision requirement must be imposed.
